As part of prosecuting the unpaid credit facility, also simultaneously foreclosed on the collateralized 300,000 square foot commercial building, resulting in the client obtaining ownership of the commercial building.

At the conclusion of a three day trial, obtained a verdict in excess of $1,000,000 against a real estate developer for a client who loaned funds to the developer under a credit facility that included securing the loan through coastal rental properties.

Obtained a defense verdict causing the U.S. government’s Complaint to be dismissed against client after a lengthy trial before the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. Obtained a lucrative settlement after filing suit for alleged violations of N.C.’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act on behalf of a hotel developer company against a commercial property developer based on the developer’s wrongful methods of managing the common area charges for a large commercial development.
